'Arrived at property having booked for 3 month stay. Couldn't contact host, no answer to bell or phone tho friendly dog confirmed it wasn't empty. Pool was green and cloudy NOT as per photos. Do not book, should be removed from listing.'

I managed to find the power box in the dark and by climbing on a chair managed to switch it back on. We then noticed a heavy music vibration going through the building which lasted to 4 am ,I am partially deaf ,I could not hear it but feel it,we were on the second floor. We found out later that the hotel had a wedding party that night. We were told on complaining the...

'Welcoming and helpful staff when we arrived. Great fun bedroom with huge beds and plenty of space. Toys and decorations in the room were fabulous. The free activities like the water fun and the trampoline kept the kids cool and entertained! Restaurant for dinner was good value for money and generous portions. Great that the kids were entertained during and after dinner in the playroom with the monitors. Overall very fun stay especially for the kids who didn’t want to leave!'
