'Beautiful, comfortable property in a great, secluded location at the bottom of a valley. Everything we needed was there, and the hosts were waiting with the keys to give us the tour. Dog friendly, but be aware that the garden is not fully fenced off from the fields and sheep roam through it regularly. I can see how the track to the house could be challenging in winter, but it was no problem in a rear-wheel drive coupe in summer, even in the rain.'

'The house was very well appointed, modern, warm, with its own off street parking space, and perfectly situated very close to Betws-y-Coed but sufficiently distanced from it to escape the tourist traffic and crowds. It is situated in a small village in complete silence. Very peaceful.'

'The cottage was very quiet and remote yet the road is no problem at all. It has a stunning view and there’s a walk route where you can explore nearby villages and farm. The cottage owner was friendly and accommodating. She prepared freshly baked scones, milk, coffee, tea, sugar ready on our arrival. She checked on us as well twice to make sure we’re okay. 'Lovely hosts, Vicky and Bob, who kept us informed and provided lots of information on the area. The lodge was cosy and clean with everything you need for a break away; it really was a home from home and closely situated to the main area of reception, Jake's Bar, kids' activities, Showbar and pool.
