'Our room had a strong cleaning supplies smell. It needs a good deep cleaning.'

'This is a "Bare Bones" operation.'

'Our shower didn’t have shampoo or conditioner at all, but other than that, great stay for the night. Staff was nice'

'Schone kamer, vriendelijk personeel. Eenvoudig maar voldoet prima. Goed bed.'

'The lodge and rooms were very clean and nice. The atmosphere was very relaxing. Just the toilet in our room was tiny. Literally the smallest toilet I've ever seen. Other than the place was a great pick, much better than a hotel downtown!'

'We were cooked a full breakfast the next morning, had our beds turned down with chocolates and banana bread waiting for us in our room upon arrival. I have never felt so pampered and rested and all this while enjoying the environment of a 140 year old manor. My husband needed some time away from the busy life of teenagers and now we will be back yearly.'

'Very accommodating and good breakfast! Nice staff!'

'the rooms and the bed were extremely comfortable and quiet'
