'We stayed for 4 days and 4 night. The whole time we asked for the trash and fresh towels daily. And not once did housekeeping pick up our trash. And the only young black man that worked nights was any help. He was always polite and he would give us fresh towels. Other than trash not being picked up or not getting fresh towels. That was okay.'

'Great clean rooms with sleek aesthetics. Awesome location nestled in a bright urban residential apartment community. Great staff. Plan for off site street parking (which can be a block or two away), or to use their valet.'

'The location of this Hotel was excellent, a few minutes away from the mall, restaurants, and other entertainment. The staff was nice and accommodating. However, the shower in our room was pathetic with no water pressure, so I didn't get to enjoy the shower. Also, the elevator buttons were not working, and at one point, we had to walk up one floor to use the elevator for the upper floors. Overall it was a good experience'
