'We got in just after midnight…the receptionist was very underwhelming. We showered that night and those towels used were the only ones we had the remainder of our stay (except for the few l that were taken and not replaced while we were out for the day. We asked for towels on at least 4 different occasions with no success. The reasoning each time was that “he was washing and drying them” even at 10pm the night before our departure. It was quiet inconvenient to dry off with a hand towel. Water...

'The hot tub was hot but jets didn’t work. There was what appeared to be mold in the ac vents and dust blown on the ceiling above where the vent blew. The ac is very loud. Lots of highway noise. The bathtub wasn’t very clean. The hotel had a run down feel to it. The way the buildings are separated/laid out, we didn’t feel very safe in the hallways at night.'

'We love staying here! Unfortunately on this visit, we did not have our room cleaned for the entire 3 night stay. They told us we “denied service” which was not true. In addition, our room had some issues with stains on the carpet and a bedside outlet that wasn’t working. '

'This is supposed to be a luxury hotel and that was not the experience. The rooms were fine, but nothing more elevated than a Holiday Inn Express. An hour and a half to get brunch (open seating) when there were only 12 people in the restaurant. No manager. No bartender. There was a noisy party in the restaurant who would not be escorted out to the lobby - they were not patrons. Wait staff was not trained in even the simplest of procedures (pour water in the water glasses; bring everyone's food...
