'Everything was great except we didn’t have towels in our room one morning. It 30 mins for them to get them to us. That was disappointing.'

'We went for a few days with my husband and 2 elementary aged boys. Unfortunately our room was not ready at check in but overall we absolutely loved our stay. The staff is extremely friendly. The rooftop restaurant had great views, drinks and food. Pizza and cocktails at the pool were delicious. The pool was clean, beautiful and well maintained. The loungers are very close to the pool so had to make sure the boys weren’t wetting guests. The room was also clean, spacious for two carry ons. No tub...

'We were surprised by having to pay for internet. At over $300 per night, we should not have to pay to access the WiFi. I have stayed at several Omni hotels and this one seemed to be more run down and did not seem to care as much as other Omni hotels. The ladies in the gift shop were not friendly. I don’t think anyone from the hotel even spoke to me after check in. Just different than other experiences.'
