'We went for a few days with my husband and 2 elementary aged boys. Unfortunately our room was not ready at check in but overall we absolutely loved our stay. The staff is extremely friendly. The rooftop restaurant had great views, drinks and food. Pizza and cocktails at the pool were delicious. The pool was clean, beautiful and well maintained. The loungers are very close to the pool so had to make sure the boys weren’t wetting guests. The room was also clean, spacious for two carry ons. No tub...

'The place is ok, but it is at the level of a NYLO or an Aloft, not a $250 a night place that also has the nerve to add on a resort fee (also called a maintenance fee or something like that, we heard 2 stories). The pool is nice if you like people 6” from you and blaring music, but the rooms were super noisy so expect to hear everyone going to and from their rooms, and your neighbors activities.'

Most business hotels around the downtown area are all variations on the same boring thing design, but ZaZa offers the usual amenities in a much more original way. Nicely furnished rooms (many of them themed) and movie memorabilia make the hotel my favourite place to stay in Dallas '
