'We were not able to stream the apps on the tv because we couldn't connect to the internet. The staff tried to walk us through it with no success.
The toilets are a little too short for me and I'm only 5'7".
The tv can't be adjusted to face the bed.
Curtains were tore and had water stains from water leaking on them at some point.'

'My expectations weren’t high since I’m used to paying double the price but was very pleasantly surprised with the friendliness and high standards of the staff and cleanliness of the room and shared spaces.
The outside appearance doesn’t do the property justice since there was a lot of attention to detail in cleanliness.
I had to stay longer than expected and they were very accommodating. I used the laundry room onsite and it was very easy.
Shout out to the staff and the standards maintained...

'This is such a beautiful iconic hotel. We enjoyed our stay. Our room was spotless. We would definitely stay here again. Loved the music and vibe of the Library Bar! The valet parking was really the only thing we disliked but I suppose it is more secure than when you used to self-park since it was an open lot. Friendly and helpful staff! Love The Melrose!'

'I travel to Dallas for work regularly. Most business hotels around the downtown area are all variations on the same boring thing design, but ZaZa offers the usual amenities in a much more original way. Nicely furnished rooms (many of them themed) and movie memorabilia make the hotel my favourite place to stay in Dallas '

'I have stayed here several times and I am almost never disappointed. The service at the hotel (on all levels) is excellent. Everyone goes out of their way to make sure that every need is met. Our room was very comfortable and the concierge was key to arranging for the hotel car to take us to dinner and get us back to the hotel.'

'Kamer was ruim/schoon en uitzicht super. Inventaris was niet compleet. Volgens Expedia app heeft de Studio Suite een wasmachine en droger maar bij navraag blijkt dit dus niet te zijn. Ook moesten wij vragen om een waterkoker. En als je tv wilt kijken moet je rekenen houden dat er vaak een storing is. Heel irritant. Bed was lekker groot en lag goed. '
