'I like how easy it to park and how convenient it is to the surrounding shopping mall and grocery stores, and the elevator is very fast. What I don't like was the sound insulation as my room was near highway and the glass wall did not work well, and how I was assigned to a wrong room in the first place, where it's chair had cookie remnants and lipstick stain on it, even though the frontdesk changed my room after a few times of communication.'

'The one thing that really disappointed me about this place is that their listing on Hotels.com mentions an airport shuttle, but on arrival they tell me to take a taxi, as they 'do not do airport transfers'.
