'Lovely luxurious place in Lower Greenville. Beds were super comfy, two spacious bedrooms each with their own bath, large living room with kitchen. Above Cafe Euro and Sisters restaurant. It is up a steep staircase so keep in mind if mobility is an issue for you (it wasn't for us). The apartment is beautiful and we loved the decor. It is very soundproof so we did not hear any car noise or the large AC units outside the door at the top of the stairs. Food was delicious at Sisters and the coffee...

'The stay was great overall however the property communication was very poor. I literally had to call 1800 after landing in Dallas to confirm property details along with having a 1 year old with me. I was then told last minute that I had to pay a deposit on PayPal after two weeks never got back. I never done anything to the property and was left clean upon leaving with that being said I was only there for one day. '

'I have stayed here several times and I am almost never disappointed. The service at the hotel (on all levels) is excellent. Everyone goes out of their way to make sure that every need is met. Our room was very comfortable and the concierge was key to arranging for the hotel car to take us to dinner and get us back to the hotel.'

'The Hotel Zaza is a great, quirky place, with lots of nice perks (daily fresh cookies in the lobby!!). The themed rooms look great, but the standard room I stayed in was also fine. The only gripe I have that the kingsize bed was more for dwarf-size kings. It was wide enough, but nowhere near long enough to fit a person over 1m85
Also, the prices for standard amenities are completely over the top. While a beer costs pretty much the same as everywhere else, water or coffee are ridiculously...
