'When we went, outside of the hotel was being renovated. Free but limited parking at night. Our shower was leaking. However, the room clean, bed was comfy, and the view was amazing. Staff was nice. Despite some hiccups, we would stay here again. '

'I have stayed here several times and I am almost never disappointed. The service at the hotel (on all levels) is excellent. Everyone goes out of their way to make sure that every need is met. Our room was very comfortable and the concierge was key to arranging for the hotel car to take us to dinner and get us back to the hotel.'

I was in and out of the hotel a few times a day and the front desk staff always looked up and greeted me coming and going. The check in process was smooth and very professional. Most business hotels around the downtown area are all variations on the same boring thing design, but ZaZa offers the usual amenities in a much more original way. Nicely furnished rooms (many of them themed) and movie memorabilia make the hotel my favourite place to stay in Dallas '
