'Parking was a little tight for larger vehicles and the lot is used for valet in the evenings. However, we would totally stay here again. Because the bedroom is in the back, the Greenville Ave action was not an issue at all! It feels homey and comfortable with a full kitchen and washer/dryer it was a great value for the money.'

'The valet was terrible. They were not there half the time and seemed disgruntled. The front desk staff are not very professional and informal. The restaurant had a ridiculous wait and there was one waitress for all tables at the restaurant. The AC was not working in my room and had to sleep with the window open. The hotel is right off the highway. I could go on and on about this hotel. Do not stay here. '

'We stayed at the Graduate Hotel in Dallas and felt the room rate itself was reasonable. Our room with two queen beds was comfortable, but surprisingly there was no closet, which made it difficult to hang clothes or stay organized. We also had ants in the room near the beds and on the table. We reported it and were told the issue would be addressed, but unfortunately we still saw ants the next day. 'Room was clean and staff at check in was friendly. Bed was comfortable. However, the air conditioning did not work well, the shower did not have very good water pressure, ice machine on our floor did not work, and no coffee machine in room. '

'Let me say that we stayed 5 nights and the staff was nice and the rooms were clean. But there were a few inconveniences. The plug by the bed was covered by a headboard screwed to the wall, making it unusable. The wall tv was gone and a small tv was brought in and sitting on the desk. The breakfast was subpar and the coffee terrible. They didn’t even have whole milk and the bananas were too brown. 'Staff is helpful although the stay was not ideal. The shower leaked lots of water to the floor every time a shower is taken creating a pool. Flag pole right on top of room - when windy, sounds like there is construction going on all day all night - finally was offered a different room the last night since the noice is unbearable. - M.R.'
