Lobby common areas nice. Staff friendly. Waived our parking fee ($29! - really??) Cons: This is a Hyatt? Facilities clearly not maintained at typical Hyatt standards. Pool area blah. Guest room corridors blah. Room kitchen floor sticky - didn’t take off my shoes on carpet areas!'

'We had an exceptional stay at The Graduate at SMU. The hotel is decor is adorable and every staff member we had contact with was kind and courteous. Definitely recommend staying here if visiting campus. Very convenient.'

Most business hotels around the downtown area are all variations on the same boring thing design, but ZaZa offers the usual amenities in a much more original way. Nicely furnished rooms (many of them themed) and movie memorabilia make the hotel my favourite place to stay in Dallas '
