'If you need to overnight at DFW, the ease and convenience of the Grand Hyatt is worth it. It’s accessible through Terminal D. The rooms have been recently renovated and they’re quite nice. We didn’t get breakfast due to early flights but the in-room illy coffee was appreciated.'

'This place is awful. There is no airport shuttle service, and the amenities are comparable to those of a cheap one-star motel. They only seem to care about making money.
The front desk staff was rude. His English was difficult to understand, which made communication frustrating.
The property looks like a depressing cheap motel, and I can't understand why it's so expensive. The pricing seems completely arbitrary, and the front desk staff handled pricing in an unprofessional and inconsistent...

'Wow, it seems that Expedia is letting a lot of bots submit reviews because this hotel is nowhere near a 7.4 guest rating (also those “verified” reviews are less than a sentence and give 5 stars for a facility that is 2 stars at best). If you want real reviews, look up google ratings. This hotel advertised free round the clock shuttles, but they don’t answer the phone when you call. So, our free shuttle was actually a $45 uber for 5 minute ride. Also, free breakfast starts at 6, which doesn’t...

'Clean 👍👍 AC worked great breakfast was average. Hot tub was luke warm should be hot tiles missing off the outside of it. There were pieces of the plaster from the missing tile on the bottom of the pool several people had small cuts on their feet from it. Our room was really nice for the price the sofa bed was in it's own room with a 2nd TV. Me my wife 2 teenagers and my 5 year old granddaughter had plenty of room.'
