'Very mixed review. Check in was less than enthusiastic. No information was shared about the property. When you have so much to offer, you should be telling your customers. Appearing to he interested also helps. None of that happened for us. We had ants in our room. Let staff know. Basically they said, okay. No offer to relocate, come in and clean, or give a discount. It would take a lot for me to stay here again.'

'The hotel is under construction and really dirty. The pool is closed. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. They parking lot was full of dumpsters in construction equipment. There were spider webs on the ceiling of the room and a layer of dust on all surfaces. The pillows were small , like twin size for a king bed. The breakfast food was overcooked seemed to have been reheated from previous days.'

'We had a wonderful stay during our weekend in Dallas. The hotel was clean, modern and very conveniently located. The pool and gym were great amenities. It was smart to have the shower knob near the entrance, so you don’t get hit with cold water. The bed was comfortable and room was spacious. We would recommend the hotel and look forward to staying again in the future. '
