'I stay in a lot of Res Inns. The staff was cheerful and supportive, but a couple of things struck me as below the Marriott standard. I spent 10-15 minutes the in room iron, trying to get it working to press a shirt for the next morning changing outlets only to discover the iron was broken. I also discovered one of the outlets (a horizontal one on top of a desk) wasn’t anchored and when I tried to unplug the iron the whole outlet box came off. 'Room 238 has bed bugs. I was eaten alive. I did not think to check before I laid on the bed. We had 4 rooms. 2 of the rooms had TVs that were not working. The staff on duty could not get them working and did not seem to mind if they were not working.. The pool was pretty gross. It is sad that we needed to book 10 rooms next weekend at this hotel but had to change to a holiday Inn instead of facing bed bugs again.'
