'Room was unclean upon arrival but decided to stick with it. Later when laying in bed i found a LARGE cockroach crawling on the floor. about 3 inches in length. Immediately took a video and went to the front desk staff who was unhelpful. Decided to leave the hotel after that. Expedia was extremely useful to get a refund and video evidence helped.'

'The only reason I booked this property was because the listing stated this was a “NEW” property. This was a flat out lie. The property has new management that was the only thing that was new. Poor advertising. The rooms did not look like a traditional Staybridge room which they used stock pics to advertise. Very old dirty nasty furniture in the living room. I booked the 2 bedroom. The bedroom TV remotes did not work. The curtains and the carpet looked like they had never been updated. I could go...

'The whole place smells like mold and ammonia. The elevator is shaky and scary and we had a two day reservation but once we saw the rooms the hand towels had a booger and hair on it. The sink had shaving clippings. We left immediately. We did not even attempt to get our money back…. Just left. It was a bummer because the guy at the desk was very nice but we couldn’t do it. '

'When we first arrived we were greeted with bad news. Although the front desk lady was extremely helpful and friendly, she had to give the bad new that our room was not available. Thanks to the corporate not giving her acces to the hotel inventory. In my opinion she should have complete access in order to fo her job accordingly right? So then she gave us 2 rooms to accommodate us no problem i was too tired to try to find another hotel. Once we get to our room the toilet looked like it had been...
