Surrounding guest were also awful, smoking weed and partying all night with loud music 2 nights in a row we had to call the cops. '

Poor advertising. The rooms did not look like a traditional Staybridge room which they used stock pics to advertise. Very old dirty nasty furniture in the living room. I booked the 2 bedroom. The bedroom TV remotes did not work. The curtains and the carpet looked like they had never been updated. I could go...

'The hotel is not in good condition. I paid thru expedia and they told me the expedia payment hadn't been deposited and they would have to charge me again. Ok no problem. Hotel charged me again. I paid again and went to the room and the toilet was full of toilet paper and debris. The room smelled like marijuana I decided to leave and book another hotel in Las Colinas. Best decision. Do not stay at Hyatt House Dallas/Las Colinas! '

'Expedia really should do something about this place, or at minumum should not be listing it. It's turned into a long stay residence for well seems like vagrants. It smells, it's dirty. Just stay away'
