'I stay in a lot of Res Inns. The staff was cheerful and supportive, but a couple of things struck me as below the Marriott standard. I spent 10-15 minutes the in room iron, trying to get it working to press a shirt for the next morning changing outlets only to discover the iron was broken. I also discovered one of the outlets (a horizontal one on top of a desk) wasn’t anchored and when I tried to unplug the iron the whole outlet box came off.
