'I was looking forward to watching World Cup, a dip in the spa, restful sleep, and a nice shower. So, I got only one of those; sleep. -The jacuzzi was lukewarm -The internet went out and didn’t come back until the next morning -No hot water in the shower. I called to report these, but got nowhere. For example, “there’s no hot water because all the guests are using it at the same time”. Shouldn’t a decent place account for that? Ridiculous statement.'

'The rooms were dated and not clean at all. Our room had mosquitoes and flies. Staff was decent however on requesting an extra hour for checkout they didn't want to help at all. The carpet in our rooms had stains everywhere and not cleaned/vacuumed. Sink was clogged, dishwasher racks didn't work and the vent/exhaust fan in the kitchen didn't work. If I had the option to give 0 star to the room I would.'
