'The facility is old and while some spaces have been renovated, the lobby and breakfast area specifically, the rooms are not. Every outlet was loose. Trash cans had no bags. Rugs and lamps seemed outdated. Beds were comfy and the staff we interacted with were great. '

'The hotel was nice but the staff was confused. A guy checked us in went to the room key didnt work had to go back he gave me another key. The next day staff wants to argue that I was suppose to be checked out I'm telling them I book for 2 nights showing them the confimation and everything come to find out we were put in the wrong room under someone else name but she tells us they will fix it and we could just stay in the room we were already in. Leave to go get food come back our key not working...

'I was just dropping my things off to freshen up before heading to a friends place. I'm glad I did because I found about a 2in long, what I thought was dead, cockroach underneath the sink in the bathroom. I shoved my things back into my bags and left the room and checked out. The woman running the desk was very nice, she couldn't do anything because it was booked through Expedia so I took care of everything else to be refunded on my end. She did ask if I wanted another room and I politely...
