When checking out this morning, the staff was amazing. The staff at night was not helpful at all.
I had a dog with me and when I told the from desk person, he just grunted at me. Then asked for my card. I had to ask him how much he was running it for (deposit and pet deposit) he charged me. Gave me my key and then told me it would be 25$. I said for both? He said no. 25$ for the room and 100$ for the dog. I knew I would have to pay, but at least tell someone. It’s not like you got a board on the back wall with pricing.
Then when I asked where the room was located, he just grunted and pointed at this map. Like I had been here before. It was just not a cash money time.
The room was amazing and the morning workers were awesome. It was just that one guys customer service skills. I get it’s late, but you still need to at least be able to respond and not grunt at me.
