'I've stayed at this location before (one year ago) and had no issues. During this recent visit the decline was very surprising. I checked in and made my way to the building - the elevator was not working and the lights were dim in the hallway. Another guest told me the staff was coming to fix it. After waiting several minutes - no one came so I went back to the lobby. Unfortunately, the front desk staff was also the person that was supposed to fix the elevator. I can only guess the place us...

'The bathroom doesn’t look great and the worse part is the food. Coffee was so cold and eggs and sausage are only available on a weekend. You can’t take food out to the room and cleaning is also on a request.'

'I never complain about hotels, but this one was absolutely horrible. After finding cockroaches in the bathroom and room, which was terrible already, we couldn't check out on the day of our departure. The boxoffice was open at 12, while we had to leave at 09:30am. After calling and calling still no answer, even now hours later and after 12. We also got a smoking room while we don't smoke and it smeller horrendous. Would not go here if I were you.'

The room was reserved through Expedia, where the property is advertised as clean and offering beautiful rooms. The condition of the room was unacceptable. The shower curtain was torn and covered in mildew. The bed sheets appeared dirty and had small bugs on them, raising serious concerns about possible bed bugs.
