He seemed to be pre occupied on his phone and earbuds and seemed mad if anyone needed help ….'

'This is such a comfortable place. The food is good and plentiful. The staff is so friendly. I was welcomed warmly when we arrived. The General Manager steps in and does all the things she asks of her staff. She even remembers guest names. The rooms are very clean and large. It’s an ideal location if you want to shop at IKEA. I continue to return to this hotel when I’m in the Frisco area '

'Only hand held nozzle In shower. Your only option is horrible cable tv, no smart tv’s, my remote was broken, coffee maker broken, poll is half the size depicted on website and the button on treadmills were so worn out, difficult to adjust. Bed was ok, pillows awful. Will not be back '

'Outdated property but beds were comfortable. They allowed me to check in early which was nice but had to pay early check in fee in cash which was a bit odd. TV didn’t work and they tried to fix it but said to wait for maintenance man, who never showed up.'
