'Everything was great '

'Location was decent . The First Lady that helped me was awesome !! Very kind and helpful however during my stay the older gentleman that works the desk was rude and not very helpful seemed annoyed that I needed help with my keycards and basically called me stupid for messing them up . He seemed to be pre occupied on his phone and earbuds and seemed mad if anyone needed help ….'

'Rooms were nice and clean. Free breakfast was misleading. It was coffee and a crossiant. Real breakfast was $22 a person. '

'Check in is at 3:00, we got there at 5:30 and had to wait on our room to be ready. '

'Pool water very cold and we had issues with our tv. Lady that brought sheets did not speak English so she didn’t understand what we needed. Trash under sofa bed when we pulled it out. Staff was very nervous very and helpful. '
