'Quiet hotel, fairly clean (musky odor in hallway and upon entering the room), good breakfast..didnt like the outside pool and the fact that i thought i would get a room with a sofa bed but didnt.⁰'

Very kind and helpful however during my stay the older gentleman that works the desk was rude and not very helpful seemed annoyed that I needed help with my keycards and basically called me stupid for messing them up . He seemed to be pre occupied on his phone and earbuds and seemed mad if anyone needed help ….'

'Half way thru the air kept going off and i would wake up sweating having to turn the ac way down to get it to kick back on & then our tv kept goin off it would turn back on but then right back off and wouldnt stay on. The phone in the room didn’t work. We called the front desk to let them know and they just said the maintenance man to get there at 10.. it was 7:30 at this time ..'

'Foul oders everywhere, changed rooms due to stains on the bed, second room had holes in the comforter. Not much effort put forward to maintenance. Side entrance doors didnt work. '

'AC was lacking. no insulation between rooms - you could hear a whisper-quiet convo next door. Barking dogs all night, the whole place reeked of weed, shower door falling off its hinge, TV didn't work, beds were rough...overall it's definitely in the top 5 worst hotel/motel experiences I've ever had.'

'People are nasty at the facility, night shift front desk was nice and polite. Bathroom had no shower curtain and nasty roaches on the pull out bed. '
