Other reviewers mentioned problems with the light over the hot tub; there is a GFCI outlet to the left of the tub that trips sometimes and if you reset it the lights work fine. The bubbler in the hot tub did not work but the pump did. There is a small electrical box on the wall outside toward the pool that has a switch that turns on the pump, which is also necessary for heat. 'The house overall was nice. The bed in the master bedroom was really uncomfortable. The pool was not so nice. The vacuum hose kept coming off so we had to keep putting it on. Around the pool there were big chunks of cement and cracks.. It look like they had tried to fill it in or something. You have to really watch your step in the backyard because it would be very easy to trip and fall.'
