'The house itself was cute, the listing was pretty accurate, and the AC, hot water, Wi-Fi, and appliances all worked well. Unfortunately, cleanliness and maintenance issues significantly impacted our stay.When we arrived, the floors were dirty enough that I was not comfortable letting my baby crawl on them. We also found crumbs and hair in the sheets, a spider web near the bed, footprints on the TV, and stained pillows underneath the pillow covers. There was visible water damage on the laundry...

'Property was dirty and gross - rooms were not cleaned - there were dirty socks by the desk that were left from previous guest - there was a smell in the house when we got there - it worked for what we needed, but over a week after we checked out, they were trying to bill us for smoking in the house when there was absolutely no smoking. I have stayed at a lot of houses and this has been the worst!'

'Great home! Very clean and well maintained. Very efficient process from check in to amenities in home. Fantastic location, close to great restaurants, stores. Best part of Plano. We sold our home and needed an in between before moving into our new home. The host was wonderful and very accommodating for us and our 3 cats and one dog. Everyone felt at ease. Thank you!!'
