'Had everything we needed for the two nights we were there. Place was easy enough to find, instructions for check in and rules were adequately communicated, and there was plenty to do within walking distance or a short drive. It shows a little wear and tear, but that's something to be expected. Overall, highly recommend for a couple looking to get a decent, private place to stay in a very nice area. '

'This condo met our needs while we were visiting family nearby. It was perfectly furnished, enough space for the two of us. It was nearby local restaurants and shops as well as my family. I didn't realize there was a great sidewalk around Lake Ray Hubbard until the night before I left but I will certainly use it next time.'

'Misleading listing. Does not sleep 4, unless you sleep on an inflatable bed. Reeks of cheap perfume. Black flies gather around your food. "Speakeasy" in a closet with curtains. Host does not give check-in instruction until you have been sitting in front of the door for 1 hour. Got a refund from VRBO because they quickly figured out how much of a scam this place was. And the host ask you to give a 5-star review! What a joke. '

'Wow! The place was clean, comfortable and convenient. We felt like we were at home. Our visit was 22 days and we really loved the location!!! The owner was right on things( there were no problems) but he answered our questions promptly!!! It’s a great place to stay! We hope to be back soon!'
