'A great starting point to visit Cornwall because the atlactic and southern coast lines as well as the western part of Dartmore National Park are reachable within an our (of so) by car.
Jamaica Inn is sometimes crowded and busy probably because all sorts of people visit it, but the real pub fealing is always present. Staff has not got the time to really get in touch with their customers but they are friendly and always ready to answer to your questions.

'The room itself had been recently decorated in a modern decor, unfortunately our bathroom had clearly been smoked in recently, not the hotels fault given all the signs, but the smell was very overpowering and unpleasant. Despite going in winter, we couldn't get the room cool enough -we opened the window and turned off the radiator but couldn't sleep as it was too hot. In addition, there was a party downstairs we were not warned about, the music carried on very late which prevented us sleeping -...

'The room was spotless. The owners/staff were friendly and helpful. I got upgraded to a sea view room and it was absolutely delightful! Beautiful bay windows with the view of the calming sea. The shower is amazing!! The water pressure was absolutely perfect and the way I like it.
I had a lovely veggies breakfast in the morning.
I would absolutely recommend this guesthouse. It’s so close to everything but offers such warmth and home vibes, I will definitely be booking again!'

'Beautiful hotel in prime location overlooking the estuary and Padstow harbour. couple of minutes walk to harbour and amenities.
Staff were very friendly and couldn’t be more helpful. Room was spacious and well equipped. Amazing views from the restaurant.
To be honest it’s difficult to find anything we were not happy with at all. Highly recommended '
