'What looks like an old “NoTel Motel” has been made into a very nice property. There must have been an absolute Herculean effort put into this place. The care takers are not the friendliest, but they are not rude. Just not what I am used too. Good people when all is said and done. Would definitely stay here again. Especially if on a budget.'

'A good place to stay the night for a low price (68 dollar). It’s clean, the bed was good and it felt safe. The breakfast is fine to start te day. What made our stay was the woman behind the desk. We needed to wash our close and she helped us and was very nice! '

'We love staying there because the staff is nice. Plus, my parents lived in Sullivan, Missouri for over 35 years. That is why I love going back there and visit. And the room is quite, too. We love getting away for awhile.'

'The fact that it is pet friendly is about the only good thing I can say about this place. It is definitely a get what you pay for kind of place but even at that, they are charging too much. Carpet and furniture in room were worn and dirty, bed sheets with yellow stains, and towels weren’t clean either. I wouldn’t recommend.'

'We booked a last minute stay here and it turned out to be a really cool addition to our road trip. It is even more secluded than we had imagined. The house had everything we needed and was very clean. I would stay here again if I end up crossing through this part of MO on a future trip'

'Great property, fit our needs perfectly. Not the easiest to find lol, just look for the "1070" on the trash can. Enjoyed the big front porch as well. If in the area again we would definitely stay again.'

'The staff was very helpful and friendly. The only negative i had during my stay was the overwhelmingly strong scent of the carpet cleaner used in the hallway. It was so strong it would butn your nose. I did not smell it anywhere else like that. Only my floor. '

'Spent a weekend with friends for a local festival. Plenty of room for socializing and 4 rooms for sleeping and privacy. Large front porch was awesome place for morning coffee and sunset happy hour. Living room offered additional location for gathering. The half bath was a convenience on main floor. We did not have the opportunity to to enjoy the hot tub or fire pit but looked like another place to gather. Very private and quiet weekend!'

'Tucked away between the woods and the river, Jack's Cabin is the perfect getaway spot. The cabin was clean and stocked with everything we needed. The river and Fagen's Outdoor Adventure is only a mile down the road. Being able to have our dog with us was a huge plus for us. We will definitely book here again. Thank you for this amazing opportunity!!!'
