'Zeer teleurstellend'

'There seamed to be multiple plumbing issues throughout the building. The cleaning was near non-existent. The cleaning staff acted like they were doing me a favour. They bought towels asked if I wanted the room cleaned and only touched the bathroom. Never! Ever! again. Don’t do it. Take this place off your listings.'

Goed ontbijt.'

It is within walking distance to East Croydon Station . The restaurants and grocery stores catered to a very diverse population.'

The app stated I had requested a meal and breakfast for 1 (but there were two of us travelling) and that I had over £50 to pay. After several messages via Expedia I was reassured that everything was ok. When we arrived at midnight the reservation number wasn’t in the system… using my name and postcode didn’t work either. After 20 minutes the reservation was found after going...

'There was no hot water for shower it was very cold water window could not be open it was very difficult to breathe it looks like the place is falling apart need complete renovation. The double bed was extremely small for two people'

'Self-check in, mould at the end of the bed in the sheets, cracks in walls, floors unswept, smelt of smoke upon entry (despite being a non-smoking hotel), found a bug on the towels, mould around the window, safety lock on window broken, door could be easily pushed open if not locked'
