'Great property'

'The room was not clean. I tried to find staff to help me but no one was at the front desk. We didn't have soap and the counter looked like it wasn't wiped down. The pool was not working. Disappointed with the hotel.'

'We had a lovely stay in room 7 with a sliding door we could open to look out over the beautiful garden and view of the water. Towels were plush, room was clean and cozy. Everyone on staff is very friendly and the grounds were kept immaculate. Coffee was very tasty and always on, breakfast was blueberry pancakes and they were top notch. We used the water toys, the beach was private and the water warm compared to other areas in Nova Scotia. I would highly recommend'

'Our family of 4 had a wonderful time staying in the Cliffs of Fundy Tower Suite at the Maple Inn. Paul and the rest of the staff with very personable and answered any and all of the questions we had during our stay. The building and property are beautiful, the breakfasts were delicious. The view from our room out to the Bay was simply beautiful. We highly recommend staying here and taking a sea kayak tour as well! A perfect stay and day of adventure!'

Some of our guests would have liked drapes as the morning sun is bright.As we were there in the winter it would have been nice if the heat had been turned on prior to our arrival. And this would have made the homeowner aware of the heat not working in the lower wing. We tried without success.There was no dry wood available for the fireplace which would have been nice to have readily available.We also had a windstorm which pointed out that the French doors...

'We loved our stay in this beautiful cottage. It was even prettier than the pictures. Advocate Harbour is a beautiful and interesting little town and the drive from Parrsboro tp Advpcate Harbour, while a bit more rugged than we anticipated, is stunningly beautiful with unbelievable scenery. There are lots of parks nearby and lots of interesting beaches. The cottage itself is very comfortable and clean with everything you need to cookyour own meals. I was grateful that there was a cozy dining room...

'Deck needs to be replaced, very dangerous for older people. The check in was bizarre, met with owner's sister who in great detail explained what should be explained a manual. When you arrive at your vacation location the last thing you want to do is spend 20 minutes going over these things. The location was fabulous but the site is quite musty smelling, furniture and deck should be replaced before it is available for rent again.'
