'Unique architecture. Beautiful area, and a short walk to an amazing beach on the Bay of Fundy. Hosts were friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were fantastic, with multiple options made to order. The two restaurants in Parrsboro are about 25 minutes away, but we had a small kitchen, so could make our own lunch/dinner. The Joggins Fossil cliffs are about 55 minutes away- most of the guests who were there with us went there. '

'Excellent experience. We had planned an overnight kayaking trip in the same area as hotel and the Fox Point Inn turned out to be a very convenient stop from Halifax area. We walked around the nearby lake; got some restful sleep; and had an excellent breakfast the following morning. Then an easy drive to our kayaking trip.'

'We stayed in the Grand Room (last room available) and it had unexpected extras including a dry sauna, nice sheets and comfy bed and pillows, a rack for hanging swimsuits, small fridge, and keurig. The outdoor pool is heated to 81F and has a slide and diving board; because of the operating hours (10 am to 9 pm) we couldn't take advantage of it. The owners put a lot of thought and care into the breakfast provided and the breakfast/sunroom is very pleasant. '

We especially enjoyed: the high-speed internet; the curtain to decease the light in the sleeping space; shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the tub/shower; a few of my favorite spices; the crockpot and microwave which worked great for us since there is no stove; the small chest freezer to accompany the mini fridge; the brief walk south to a small, old, church building and fascinating cemetery with wild...

'Beautiful decor and charming cottage. The kitchen has everything you need. Jeff was great in telling us to feel free in using the condiments there. The beds were comfortable and our evenings sitting on the deck were relaxing. Our time there was short as we had a wedding at near by Fox Harbour Resort. And the pool and hot tub were well used! The kitchen was large and well equipped and lots of seating options indoor and outdoor. I would definitely book again.'

The large outdoor space and pool were perfect on a hot summers day and we were super close to many golf courses. The host was friendly and showed us how everything worked in the house when we arrived. I would highly recommend this place to friend groups or families alike! The only thing we noticed was that the barbecue was a little small for such a large group. So keep this in mind...
