'I have always liked staying there. I find it very pleasant and comfortable. Rooms are pretty clean very friendly staff never use the pool. 'We came in late and left at 10 am totally missed breakfast 😢 but as for the room it was spot on! Spectacular! The beds were so comfortable and not to mention the pillows to choose from! Refrigerator and microwave right there and the TV already has all the streaming apps downloaded all you do is sign in and upon departure they automatically sign you out! How cool is that! I'll definitely be looking for Hamptons by Hilton EVERYWHERE I go!!! I highly recommend this location!!'

'Very clean, thought we got a free breakfast but you don't, they had a bistro that sold food, kinda pricey and really nothing for preteens to eat, but we got the fancy Pizza and wings, which tasted good just kinda costly. Pool was small but clean, the were strict about kids swimming with no adult but it was 5 ft deep and the kids were 10 and 12, and grew up with a pool so they were kinda again, strict,.but other then that help was friendly.'

'The hotel was on very bad shape. On top of that, the rooms were filthy. The first room I got, had a variety of foodrests on the floor, from meats to fruits. Also the curtains were torn. I complained and got a new room, which should be better. It was a little better but still unacceptable filthy. The lady behind the desk was genuinely nice and apologized. 'Room smelt baddd, when I booked en Expedia it didn’t look bad but when we first arrived it took forever to get attended. When we went to our room the rooms air conditioning did NOT work it was HOT and I had a 9 month baby we could NOT sleep there physically it was impossible, we got another room but this one didn’t have a rooom key!! 'We arrived and the cabin is really hot, especially in the upstairs bedroom. The shower door seems like it's about to fall off. The bed is super hard and the comforter/quilt is falling apart. We were supposed to be staying in a condo but they cancelled it and put us here and it's just not what I was expecting. The pictures looked nice overall, I'm just disappointed and would have preferred the original place we booked.'
