'The house and property are as advertised. Clean and well-appointed with everything you need. There's a nice little private pond- we caught a few bass and bream while we were there. 'The house is very cute little place for a stay on the lake. The bedroom with 2 beds had several dead bugs along the wall, maybe just need cleaned a little better. Overall house was very cute. 'We had a great trip. The house was easy to find, while the road out front was busy at times it was still quiet. It was hot and humid, but the breeze on the front porch while swinging and rocking was nice, and locals waving as they drove by. Matt was very quick to respond to all messages. And even though it was hot outside we still enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings after hiking! We have a few recommendations for him, but those did not affect our stay. 'I was a bit concerned with the neighborhood. It was a bit rundown and construction was going on, but the house was great.The construction is a good sign that things are improving in that area. It was very welcoming and everything we needed was available. We especially liked the Christmas tree and decorations. Firewood was provided for the firepit, which we enjoyed. We thoroughly loved our little Christmas getaway. '

'Overall, our cabin was very nice and had everything we needed. Everything was super clean. This is tucked up in the woods with a couple of other small cabins.
