'Clean, comfortable, quiet, except for bull frogs at night from the pond out back, swimming pool very close by, beach and restaurants a short drive away, well stocked kitchen appliances, silverware, etc. Highly recommend. '

'We had another wonderful, relaxing stay at this well-maintained and well-appointed beach house. David is an excellent host -- available and responsive -- and the house (and pool) are delightful. We enjoyed the neighborhood, which is attractive and yet within walking distance of the boardwalk and the town generally.'

'The house is beautiful - colors and furniture are comfortable and warm. They have outfitted the house with everything you might want for a week at the beach. The property has a shared pool and tennis access with a neighboring community. A car is necessary to reach the boardwalk and the beach area.'
