'Jane’s Unit is now our favorite place to stay at Rehoboth! It’s a perfect size for our small family and is cozy, very clean, and couldn’t be more convenient to the boardwalk, ocean, Funland, restaurants and shops. The building felt secure and being able to park in the garage and leave our car to walk everywhere was a huge perk! You also can’t beat the beautiful ocean views over the boardwalk. Owner communication was very clear and helpful. We will definitely stay here again!'

Really functional kitchen.This is not a big complaint, but the dishwasher could be checked because it did not clean the top shelf even with the longest cycle.i am sure the owners will fix it since they are very attentive to details and responsive. View from the upper level just beautiful!We had problems with the parking pass provided ( wasn’t anywhere in the rental) and location to park was challenging to find in the dark.Also check out is 10am and cleaning service arrived @ 9:20 and let themselves in. That was not ok! '

'We had a great stay! The place was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed — especially for cooking. A big plus was having a washer and dryer available. There was plenty of parking, and the location was super convenient, close to restaurants, stores, Rehoboth Beach (15 min), and Sports at the Beach (20 min). Kathryn was a wonderful host—very communicative, and check-in/check-out was smooth and easy. We’d definitely stay here again!'
