In the past, when we have rented, we always have to bring our own bedding, towels etc. It was a great feeling to have those things! ...

'Beautiful place to stay. I will be staying at the Lokal again. Short walk to beach, stores, restaurants....perfect location. If we needed anything, just a text away. Place was clean and I especially loved the heated pool. Nice balcony with table and chairs. Washer and dryer was a plus. We stayed with 5 people and having two bathrooms was a dream come true:) Thank you for a nice time away. '

'We had trouble getting in but Craig responded promptly and figured out the issue (door access set for wrong date). He's really a delightful guy who can defuse a stressful situation well. The apartment was clean, cozy, comfortable, and well appointed with all the amenities. It was a pleasure to meet Craig and be there.'

'It was a very nice condo and was just as the description stated. Parking was easy. Building is in a great midtown location. Just far enough from the oceans calling concert to travel back and forth. It’s also right at the bus stop. It was perfect for 3 mother/daughter pairs. Maybe it’s a personal preference but the beds should not have black/dark green sheets on them that do not match. Probably time to upgrade to white sheets that can be bleached.'
