'This house was perfect for our family vacation - spacious, nice decor, quiet neighborhood and very clean. The outdoor space is very special - a covered porch with nice sized table and also a stone patio with a gas grill and outdoor seating. Monika and Edwin have thought of everything - kitchen has everything needed for preparing meals with plenty of pots/pans, dishes, glassware, etc. Having the sheets & towels and the use of bikes, beach toys, etc is an added bonus. 'We had a really nice long, long weekend. A romantic getaway and since it is pet welcoming we made the most of this cozy townhouse. We enjoyed some of the house games on the one day with bad weather. The only negative for me was on Expedia's side, holding back the deposit so long after checkout.'

'We had a good stay in Bethany Beach. The property was as pictured and listed accurately. We of course stayed here to be walking distance to the beach with our three kiddos and it is absolutely walking distance; however you do have to cross a really busy street and after doing that for a couple days with three kids and all of the beach 'stuff', I would rather not have to cross that busy street. 'Great overall stay at this modern, clean, roomy comfortable space!! Host was easy to reach but actually we did not have one issue? He welcomed us when we arrived and we did have to contact him when we missed trash day. The trash can was full from previous tenants and that same day Mike brought us another trash can for our stay!!! Fun time here made great memories!'
