'I normally like staying here. However this time when I arrived and got to the room it was covered in cobwebs and bugs. Mosquitos everywhere. I’m not even exaggerating when I say there had to be 50+ bugs in the room. When we let the desk know there was someone asking for a refund and being told all complaints had to go through management. Which made me feel like nothing was going to be taken care of. They did have someone go upstairs and clean the hotel room but not thoroughly. We came back and...

'Wow - this place was SO clean and smelled SO good and the rooms were so big. The pool area was great, clean and really big. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. I'm not one to normally care enough to leave a review but this was such a great location and experience - I would definitely come again.'

'Not what we expected. The breakfast was ok but kept running out of things. Parking was an issue. Didn’t like the indoor pool. The staff was excellent. Extremely helpful friendly and funny!! It was very nice being shuttled to the beach. The driver was so friendly nice and accommodating!!'
