'The hotel staff was run by people from India and we did not like their attitude. When we arrived at the hotel, my husband who is a diabetic needed to use the restroom right away. The man at the front desk told him there were no bathrooms and told him to use the one at the convenient store next door. How tacky. The breakfast room was small with only two tables and not enough food to provide for the guests. We ended up going to Dunkin' Donuts and McDonalds for breakfast. There was no...

'This was our 2nd stay and it was better than the last one. Although I hardly saw any staff our 3rd floor room was nice and clean, the bed was comfortable and everything was filled in the bathroom. The breakfast was sufficient, although nothing to get excited about. I think if the place was brightened up a bit and new carpeting and lighting installed it would be a big improvement. All in all I would consider another stay in the future.'

'I booked a king size bed when I arrived. Only two queens were available. The room was musty sheet smelled old and they wouldn’t move me to a better room because I booked through a third-party shocking.'

'The room still smelled like smoke, possibly from the stair case next door. A bit old looking, the shower can remove tattoos and skin with it's ridiculously strong spray. The casino was relatively empty and quiet. The pool was closed but the foyer was very pretty. The bed was very soft and not that comfortably. I really like their towels'

'The hotel was under heavy renovation and it was pretty evident everywhere except for the front entrance area. The carpets in the hallway were extremely dirty and the stairway seemed to be falling apart. If it weren't for the renovations actively happening, I would have just assumed the place was falling apart. Our room appeared to be in much better condition upon first glance, but that changed once we got back to our room for the night. We dropped our bags off and that had to go to another...

'The hotel and room was extremely clean and comfortable. The area surrounding the hotel is convenient for anything. The staff is terrific and extremely helpful! Will stay again for sure if we are in that area. Thank you for a great stay!'

'The lock on my door did not work and we had to wait for the nice young man to change the battery which did not work and then he had to use another piece of equipment to open the door. We were tired at the end of a long day, and this was not really what we wanted to be doing.'
