'Property was exactly as described and we enjoyed our stay. Had a beautiful sunset and enjoyed sitting on the porch having breakfast and coffee in the morning. Owner very responsive to questions when checking in. Great spot to use as a launching point to the north rim of the Black Canyon of the Gunnison. Would definitely stay here again if in the area in the future. '

'The home and property are in excellent shape. The interior is beautiful and spacious. The kitchen has every every appliance and enough settings for a large group. Bedrooms and bathrooms are nicely decorated. Beds are very comfortable. Outside area is well maintained. Great views of the countryside from multiple seating areas. The nicest VRBO I’ve stayed in. '

'This attractive cabin on a working ranch was very comfortable and a good base for out day trips. We loved the very peaceful mornings, as we were both recuperating from schedules that were too tightly packed. A/C in every room, and cool evenings outside.Thank you Thank you!'

'Fun experience, we do lots of camping, but really enjoyed our stay in this boujee RV. '

'Excellent stay with all the benefits of camping… fire pit, dark night sky, nature sounds, outdoor dining activities and games… but without the hassle and downsides. The cabin was spacious, clean, with comfortable beds, and A/C to keep cool. We enjoyed a tethered inner tube float on the river out back, fishing, and watching all the hummingbirds buzzing around. There are multiple areas for outdoor seating including a large covered patio to keep you dry. The location was convenient to the Black...

'Clean and simple place for a family to stay. We stayed here during a road trip with our three very young children. The home is mostly child proof. There were a few breakable items that we had to keep an eye on to make sure our toddlers didn't get into (cups and bowls for example). It was a perfect pit stop for us and was easy to check in. Could not have been much better.'

'We had such an incredible time in Montrose, CO—it truly felt like a little escape! The house was super cozy, very clean, and clearly well taken care of. Valerie is a fantastic host—so kind and always quick to respond whenever we had a question. She really made everything easy and stress-free. The house had everything we needed for a comfy, relaxing stay. And the location? Perfect—just a short drive to the stunning Black Canyon of the Gunnison! We’d come back in a heartbeat!'

'We were very happy with our stay in this small cozy cabin. It was clean and comfortable. The town of Marble is very secluded and quiet. In the winter most places are closed but we were ok with that. It was good to get away from the world.'

Spacious and convenient to downtown Palisade, we walked in several times. Clean with tons of linens and towels when we arrived. Quiet, comfortable, and spacious. '

Loved it!

"Oh, I loved this place! The owners are so friendly and gave me some tips regarding restaurants and sightseeing for the rest of my trip. I enjoyed the chat right before my check-out. The room was perfect, a shower with a real door (no curtain), very clean, I had everything I needed and lots of coffee!"
