'Simply poorly taken care of. What could have been a routine clean room was not really that clean. Old paint splattered onto furniture, curtains, and the floor. Since it was a bit dirty in appearance, I checked for bed bugs. As I’m glad to report not finding any, I did find the smoke alarm under the mattress. It was beeping as if the battery was low, but the battery was still in it. There was a smoke alarm in the ceiling, and I assume the staff saw it wasn’t there and installed another one, but...

'Wonderful and tranquil location. The home was very clean and comfortable. We came and there was a winter storm so we couldn't fish or do outside activities but we still enjoyed our stay very much. We will be back during better weather. The Host was very communitive and accommodating. '

'Booked this cozy home last minute for a funeral for our family of 6 plus a dog. It was plenty of space for all of us, very clean, safe, and we were all very comfortable. The backyard was also very spacious for our dog! We will definitely stay here again next time we are in the area! The neighborhood is an older, typical Commerce neighborhood with a lot of older house, but we never felt unsafe.'

'I heartily recommend staying at this location. The house is very clean and comfortable with all amenities. I especially loved the beds and pillows and showers. In addition, there is a very nice outdoor patio that we unfortunately did not have time to enjoy during our stay. Communication with the owner was great; he answered all my questions right away. When we arrived, I noticed that the remote for the ceiling fan in my bedroom was missing the batteries and the owner brought over the batteries...
