'在山林裡的秘境溫泉旅館，有三代的歷史，餐不錯(有毛蟹)，溫泉也不錯，非常值得一來~就算開車開到死，也值得!!'

'温泉とレストランは”シャングリラ館”にあるので、”クリスタル館”の端の方の部屋だとかなり歩きます。でも、部屋からは阿寒湖が見えて快適な滞在でした。天候に恵まれず、曇りで気温が23℃程度だったので、楽しみにしていた「天空ガーデンスパ」は肌寒くて早々に退散し残念でした。一方大浴場は露天風呂も含めて湯温が適切で素晴らしかったです。食事はバイキングで、レストランのキャパは大きく、混雑していましたが、メニューも豊富で満足しました。特に朝食の海鮮丼の”とろろ”が絶妙で、珍しくお代わりするほど堪能しました。'

'Good location overseeing Lake Akan, four different places for onsen experience. Very good and generous dinner and breakfast provided. Near to Bokke walking trail which is highly recommended. A must stay if you visit Lake Akan.'

'Very nice hotel just near Aken lake! beautiful view and decorations within hotel. Clean and tidy with large room; Buffet dinner and breakfast with very good Japanese, Asian and Western foods. 2 Very good Onsen at the 1/F and roof top with gorgeous view. Staffs are helpful.'

'5/5. New rennovations, the inside is beautiful and aesthetic. Staff were phenonmenal. Breakfast, dinner and drinks were great. Right on the water, breautiful clean rooms. Recommend staying here over other locations on Lake Akan'

'It's a very quiet part of the town but as breakfast is included. It made the stay more manageable. It is very near the cruise ships and the rooms were very comfortable. There's also a good selection of laundry and onsen facilities. Wouldn't mind staying here again. '

'Staff is very nice and accomodating.Lake front facility, facing great view of the lake. Though small, town is very nice and it has unique character. Room is great but not elegant but I have no reason to complain. Hotel breakfast is very good, I did not try dinner there and assume Japanese food items. Note that food choices outside are limited and many restuarants close by 6PM. Only a ramen place was open late and it was good food there although people smoke inside. If you are driving, make...
