'The attention to detail by the staff was amazing. They keep the grounds looking beautiful and made us feel important and welcome. We were very relaxed and enjoyed the benefit of having water available for drinking and cooking. I would recommend packing a water bottle to save money and for the sustainability. The resort is your own oasis and worth the drive. There are many wonderful places to eat and visit nearby. '

What a great experience. I called ahead of time and they helped us coordinate ferries and transports to the hotel. Highly recommend renting a golf cart for your stay. 'This was a tranquil experience. The hotel resides on the north side of caye caulker which is a nice break from the busy south side. The hotel was exceptionally clean and the staff was beyond excellent. They provided complimentary transportation to the south side and locations in the nearby area. They arranged a taxi for us to be picked up at the airport and transport us to the water taxi. Justin and Freddy were the best. We will definitely be coming back with more family.'

'What a wonderful resort; beautiful, small, cozy, and friendly staff. Front desk really came through for us when our flight was 4 hours late arriving. They managed to get us on the last Tropic air flight and waited for us at the airport in San Pedro. Pros: The villas are spacious and kitchens have everything needed to cook simple meals. 'The staff was amazing. The rooms were very clean. The food was great! We stayed from Friday to Friday and all the food options were different from breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner. My husband and I came here for my birthday and our anniversary. They made that day very special. They decorated the boat. Then in the evening we had a nice romantic decorated dinner by the fireplace. 'Room and the whole place was clean. Staffs were very nice, easy access to the other restaurants, groceries and gift shops. One thing I was disappointed which is the same with the other hotels …no access to the beach to swim. You have to rent a golf cart to go to the Secret Beach w/c was another experience, but it’s worth it…it was beautiful '
