'The location is fantastic and personnel very welcoming and friendly. Communication before arrival was good. Place a bit run-down and it has it flaws, but who cares? It’s a charming, beautiful and friendly place and suitable for people that are not looking for perfection but instead like to wake up to the sound of birds.'

'As a road warrior over decades, I have seen good and bad, but I have rarely seen the attentiveness of the staff such as here at the Grand Resort. Always pleasant but exceptionally helpful. I had an emergency shoe repair needed for my only dress pair, and it was late on a Sunday when it was identified. The staff worked out where to get glue, sent a courier, and within an hour it was repaired. Incredible! I have literally never seen anything like it. The next day my meeting ran late, and...

'This condo feels like home. The furniture is comfortable. The kitchen has the necessities. The condo is gated in a quiet neighborhood. The pool is gorgeous and perfectly maintained. The outdoor deck is set up for dining and sunning with table, bar, and lounge chairs. The mango tree adjacent to the deck area is heavy with fruit, but it is still to early to enjoy. The condo’s host is responsive and helpful. I couldn’t ask for a better home away from home!'

'The room was very clean and the room service was the best I’ve had. They didn’t just change the sheets and towels but cleaned the floors and wiped down the counters as well. They also offer laundry service. The staff at the front desk were very helpful as well and provided plenty of information about the area.'

'The view is amazing and the staff are super friendly and helpful. They do have a ferry every 1.5 hours or so between South and north caye caulker. The location is not very convenient but very quiet. Hope next time the seaweed will be gone. They have swings by the beach.'

'When I checked in I was given a different room than I booked. The room was nicer than my original room but did not have the kitchenette I was planning on using so that complicated things a bit. Also the rooftop terrace was not in the same condition that was shown online and after around 4pm each day I could not access it as I did not usage a key that would work. The shower and tub also did not have hot water.'

'De kamer is typisch Caraïbische ingericht en die sfeer is algeheel aanwezig in het hotel. De kamers voldoen aan alle basis behoeften, maar verwacht wel dat er roest aan het bad zit enzo,... Dit is een goed hotel voor door te trekken naar andere locaties en om voor een dag te blijven. Ga zeker iets zuidelijker, naar het isle of bird. Daar is een restaurant die lekkere gerechten serveert.'

'I had a very pleasant stay in Ambassador Terrace. I will never forget about it. Deborah, the owner of the Bed and Breakfast upgraded me to a very nice room with magnificent sea view. I was taken care of like part of the family. Deborah is a very warm and nice lady. Also, she took care of my 65 birthday. I strongly encourage people to stay at Ambassador Terrace. Cheers'

'Geweldige locatie, heerlijk grote kamer met een enorm bed, fijn & goed onderhouden zwembad, super vriendelijk personeel! Fijn dat er een keukentje is, al is het eten in restaurant ook prima. Dagelijkse cleaning service is ook heel fijn! '

'Asst.Manager, Ed. Very efficient and effective at his job. Humble spirit at its best. Young and wise demonstrate true commitment to his field of hospitality. Property beautiful and clean, friendly house keeper, balcony spacious, well gated and lighting was also amazing. Pool and lounge chairs well kept also clean. I’m just asking that the owner would provide laundry service at $10- $12 USD per load though. I would definitely recommend others to stay here.'

'What a nice room with patio! Great bed and shower, everything fresh and modern. The Italian owners do everything to make your stay great. Cabana dreams is perfectly located with max 5 minutes away from the busy streets. The garden is well done with beautiful palm trees. The whole place has been designed with excellent eye for detail. We would defintely come back here.'

'The staff was so welcoming and helpful. The rooms are simple but clean and comfortable. This is a very low key place with a nice outdoor seating area. Breakfast is home cooked, plentiful and delicious. Quiet neighborhood.'
