'We stayed from Friday afternoon to Monday morning to celebrate my birthday. Beautiful spot and the house feels like a proper kiwi bach. Plenty of firewood although we hardly needed it as the place gets lots of sun. They rely on people leaving the place clean as it is a long way from anywhere and it was acceptable but not sparkling.The swimming is good nearby although there are warnings about the currents between the shore and the reef.Thank you.'

'If you’re looking for an amazing cute accommodation I’d highly recommend staying here. The location is perfect for a long weekend with the beach at your doorstep while still being close to urban centres for any food / drink top ups. The vibe is brilliant though I would say to book during summer to make the most of the beach etc. The hosts were simply incredible with a smooth check in/out procedure and the occasional conversation on the way to the beach or chilling on the patio. 10/10 would stay...

'Clean and tidy house. Lovely location really close to Martinborough. Might be a bit cold in winter because it’s so huge, but there are two open fires as well as heaters, and wood provided so could be nice and cozy too once fired up. Hot tub is an inflatable one and smallish, but still lovely to have. '

'This is a fabulous cottage. Just perfect for our wee getaway weekend. Great location to the township. Easy to find. Plenty of pots and pans, plates, kitchen utensils and supplies. Lovely fire. Very clean and cosy.'

'As a group of 6 women we enjoyed the stay and amenities. The bedroom layout was suited to us well. 2 bedrooms and bathrooms at each end of house with living in between.'

'We loved our stay and wish it could have been longer. The house is gorgeous, new and beautifully styled (we all admired the colour scheme) with lovely touches like blankets for sitting outside while we watched the sun rise. The kitchen is well equipped, the beds comfortable, the fireplace a lovely spot to unwind in front of and the view absolutely stunning. Thank you Rhonda, it was the perfect place for a last girls' weekend away.'

'The property was totally fit for purpose and had all the amenities we needed. The beds were super comfortable. The only downside was that it did get a little noisy early on Monday morning as it is in an industrial area. We were woken by a noisy rubbish truck. Can't be helped though!'
