'It was a very pleasant stay at Frensham Pond Country Hotel. Especially the staff deserves a compliment for their kindness and their helpfulness. The use of the spa and the associated costs could be explained a little better to the guests. Overall we can recommend this lovely hotel.'

'De beloofde "beroemde Hypnos" bedden hebben wij niet als zodanig ervaren. De stalen veren in het matras waren helaas goed voelbaar...Ook het avondeten voldeed niet aan de verwachting. De tafel was plakkerig, de hamburger droop letterlijk van het vet en de friet was ronduit slap! De salade was zonder enige dressing! Verder was alles zoals verwacht.'

'This is a good value room in a pleasant location. The rooms are a little basic but offer good value. Staff are all very helpful especially as we arrived very late.'

'Beautiful room and en-suite in a lodge with four others, tucked away at the back of the garden. Very comfortable. Especially appreciated two armchairs, decent size fridge and small outside area with table and chairs. Evening meal in the pub was also excellent. Lovely beer garden and attentive hosts. We didn't have breakfast as making an early start but ordered a packed lunch which was very handy.'

'We had a lovely stay in the cottage. The communication with the owner was excellent. She really went out of her way to make things as pleasant as could be, the kindest person you can think of. The cottage was large, there was a nice garden, our dog could roam free, and played with the dog of the owner. Nice bath facilities. One of the nicest stays we ever had, due to the people who run it!'
