'Old inn but well refurbished. Room was not overly large but all comforts were there. Excellent breakfast in a tea room across the street. Quiet location (except on Saturday night when there was live music until 1 a.m.). Midhurst is a charming town and the inn lies next to a very pleasant square.'

'We had a fantastic stay, including our dog, she enjoyed all the facilities and high level care given to us all. Never have we stayed anywhere so dog friendly but still had high standards. Staff were friendly, attentive and food was good. We had spa treatments which were excellent and enjoyed the spa facilities too. The wonderful walks around the Goodwood estate. Our only criticism was breakfast on the last day of our stay, it was much quieter after a very busy bank holiday but food wasn’t so...

'Quaint, old inn and rooms. Modern features like rain shower head, lighted mirror, electric teakettle. Comfortable beds. Very convenient to town center and shops. Wonderful food. Friendly staff. '

'It is always a pleasure to stay here. The suite has adequate space for a couple. Very clean well looked after with en suite shower room. Food available in the inn - excellent, delicious Thai. Can either eat in the bar or restaurant. We just had to stay a night and have a meal on our way home from a tour round England.'

'What a fantastic place to stay, the room was immaculate and well appointed. The staff / host were welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. Arundel Castle is probably the best castle we've visited, and there are lots of pubs, restaurants and cafes in the town. What a fab weekend away!'

'Nette kamer en badkamer. Goed Engels ontbijt. Langs drukke baan gelegen en wij hadden een kamer met zicht op de vuilnisbakken en matte beglazing. Dit viel heel erg tegen!'

'Beautiful hotel close to the city of Arundel. The rooms are spacious and clean. There's plenty of options on the hotel ground itself to entertain you including a golf course. Currently a part of the hotel is in repairs so make sure you check on the status of it before you go.'
