'Outstanding property fully equipped and with lots of little goodies. It was our second stay at the property, and we’d come back any time. Just a hint: the chairs at the dining room need some review. This being said: Bosham is outstanding, and the Millstream Cottage is as well.'

'Absolutely loved the house! Truly beautiful property in a great location with great attention to detail that has been lovingly crafted. The location is wonderful, a few minutes to the beach. One night in this property and you’ll be captured by it’s spell! It’s wonderful! Lou was very helpful and the house has everything you need. There were 16 of us, all rooms are en suite so no queuing for a shower ha ha!! We will be back one day! Thank you for a great stay!'

'This was a beautiful house in a great location. The facilities were perfect for us. The shops were in walking distance and we were able to get everything we needed. The bedrooms were spacious and fully met our needs. We made full use of the garden and the short distance to the beach. The pool table was a bonus that was used by all. The locals were very friendly. We would definitely stay here again'

'The property was spotlessly clean and had all the necessities for our two week stay. The location was perfect, on a quiet private estate, a five minute walk to the beach, and a fifteen minute leisurely stroll to East Wittering itself. The location was ideal for visiting all of the attractions which West Sussex has to offer.'

'Beautiful, cosy little place with absolutely everything you need for a relaxing couples break. Doreen was kind, friendly and an amazing host. The additional breakfast treats were perfect. Bosham is lovely, we ate in lovely pub/restaurants, walked around the harbour, had a fab little ferry trip across to Itchenor, and Bosham Walk has unique little craft shops. A perfect 4 nights and will definitely stay again.'

'We had a lovely stay at Shepherds Barn, we went for the Goodwood horse races and because of its location, the property was perfect for us. Everything was really clean and in great condition. The surroundings were beautiful. It was great to also have a little kitchen to make our own breakfast in the morning. '

'House was as listed. The location wasnt great in terms of things to do, however we did stay out of season and should have beared that in mind. If i had to suggest an improvement it woukd be to use one of the rooms as a games room, although i appreciate this will reduce the amount of people that can stay. House was clean, check in process was easy.'

'We were very impressed by the standard of interior design and cleanliness. What a joy! To tick the ‘luxury’ box I think the upstairs bathroom needs a power shower and some fluffy towels. Bedroom excellent with an enormous bed with a superb mattress. The immediate location is pretty and peaceful. Had the weather been better we would have enjoyed sitting outside, and walking to the marina. The property is semi-detached and we wondered if the peacefulness of the location could be spoilt by noisy...

'We've had a lovely stay. It's a nice, friendly cottage. De traffic around the cottage is very nearby and loud, so we didn't sat in the garden very much. De wifi was two days out, which my husband and I didn't mind but our teenage children did… When we arrived there's was one bed (the fifth) not available, but after contacting with the agency this was solved very quickly. The instructions were fine, but we received them when we booked (in january) and I didn't remember this instruction e-mail...

'I found the St Pancras property while looking to stay near my parents. I’ve lived to Chichester previously and the property is in what I would call a “Goldilocks zone” - walking distance without the hassle of being inside the city walls. The property itself has serious history - combining an 1800's 2-up, 2-down with a very nice modern refurb and extension. It is light and airy inside, well appointed, very clean and spacious. Beyond the lovely very private garden, there is an off-street parking...

'Short break with the family. plenty of space and well located for the village and harbour. Could have been cleaner but overall a very pleasant few days.'

'The old thatch was lovely , great location and the pool was the one key attribute that kept us all cool , heated to 28 and in the sun it maintained the temperature we were so lucky with the weather 30 degrees and above all week ! Laura who managed property came out with no issues as we couldn’t get Wi-Fi to work , local pub was amazing food The white Swan , 2 minute walk away , location was great not a noisy area even though it was in a built up area , parking for 3 cars on driveway with gates ,...

Close to Chichester and beaches but immersed in the countryside which meant utter peace during both day and night.
