Heel slecht kinderbed. Ontbijt was niet te eten. '

'Large spacious room, comfortable bed Breakfast divine with multiple options. Staff friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again'

'Mooie komplete kamer. continentaal ontbijt karig".................'

'Beautiful hotel, excellent breakfast. Would have given five stars if there had not have been an issue where I was charged £56 parking for my one night stay, I questioned my bill to be told it’s a parking charge. I then asked how long do I get to stay, another lady said the charge was £17 and I was getting a refund. I was refunded the money with no apology just a mumbling about commission!'

Gemiste kans helaas '

'Parking at the hotel is very convenient. The lack of a small refrigerator in the room was a minus'

'We were in Cheltenham, passing through from London to Liverpool, because of top restaurant Le Champignon Sauvage, a few minutes walk from the hotel. Strange atmosphere that evening because England lost from Croatia in the World Cup. Very nice hotel in a beautifully restored mansion though!'

'Dumbleton Hall has undergone a huge multi-million pound refurbishment, and it shows. The finish combines beautiful finishes, sumptuous fabrics and age-worn character features which have been tastefully restored. The staff were all extremely polite and attentive, with the exception of one evening when we were left waiting to order drinks. The drinks were delivered and by way of an apology they were on the house. Things happen in any business but I do feel it's how these things are handled which...

'Cleaning needs Some attention!'
