'Regular Aussie here. Great clean facilities - have a taxi service about 25 eu to airport . My room had a tub and towel warmer . Little bit off beaten track but not reduiculous '

'Voor de tweede keer, hier verbleven. Vorig jaar waren we hier ook. Dit keer hadden we de standaard kamer. Dat is wel een verschil met de vorige keer. We zaten ook op de kelderverdieping waar ook het zwembad en sportzaal zich bevind. Om 09:00 begint dan ook de aerobics les waarvan je de music duidelijk in onze kamer kon horen. Verder begint een beetje achterstallig onderhoud te ontstaan. Het is nog niet erg, maar als je er oplet dan zie je het. Verder net kamers, goed bed, geen airco. Goed...

'Beautiful hotel close to the city of Arundel. The rooms are spacious and clean. There's plenty of options on the hotel ground itself to entertain you including a golf course. Currently a part of the hotel is in repairs so make sure you check on the status of it before you go.'

'We stayed in an economy twin room, for one night, which was very clean and in a quiet location towards the back of the hotel. We were not bothered by noise from the bus station. The shower had a strong flow and quickly ran hot, which is always a plus. The full breakfast was included in our room rate and was good including local sausages. All staff were very welcoming and friendly. For us the hotel had a bit more character and quirkiness than some of the bland chain hotels. We enjoyed our stay.'

'We had a wonderful stay at Ockenden Manor, the staff are lovely, service in the restaurant is excellent and very friendly. Shout out to the chef, each dish was beautifully presented and so delicious. We enjoyed every course and then took a walk around the gorgeous gardens. Our room (Luke) was spacious, beautifully decorated with views over the gardens and the bed super comfy. Relaxing in the spa and time around the outdoor pool made for a perfect mini break. We hope to return soon! '

'This was a stay in a lovely castle! There are ruins on the property but it adds to the charm. The grounds are maintained beautifully, our room was gorgeous, comfortable and well appointed. The staff could not be more professional, thoughtful and helpful. We had a lovely dinner and delicious breakfast in the castle’s hall. This stay has been on my bucket list for many years and Amberley castle fulfilled it perfectly!'

'Mijn enige minpunt is dat de lift het niet deed en diegene die ins incheckte wilde niet eens de moeite nemen om te kijken of we een verdieping lager konden verblijven. We hadden de tweede verdieping en ik ben slecht ter been wat ik had vermeld. Beetje veel jammer. Bij de check out was een lieve blonde dame'
