'Simply an high end hotel. Been here several times, remains a good hotel and always a relief to stay during UK- business trips'

'Voor de tweede keer, hier verbleven. Vorig jaar waren we hier ook. Dit keer hadden we de standaard kamer. Dat is wel een verschil met de vorige keer. We zaten ook op de kelderverdieping waar ook het zwembad en sportzaal zich bevind. Om 09:00 begint dan ook de aerobics les waarvan je de music duidelijk in onze kamer kon horen. Verder begint een beetje achterstallig onderhoud te ontstaan. Het is nog niet erg, maar als je er oplet dan zie je het. Verder net kamers, goed bed, geen airco. Goed...

'This hotel is conveniently located near the airport, which made it very easy to access after a long travel day. Since I had to check in after hours, the staff arranged for my room key to be placed securely in the mailbox, making the process smooth and stress-free. The property felt safe, was clean and well-maintained, and offered a comfortable environment. Considering the price, it provided excellent value for the location and amenities. I would definitely choose to stay here again if the need...

'Disappointing stay. The bathroom was not clean and there was a lingering unpleasant smell. The whole place feels uncared for. One positive, the large bed was very comfortable. '

'We had a standard double with a queen sized bed (208). Lovely big bed and room. Light and bright with windows overlooking the station. Food in pub was good and no noise at nights.'

'Service is friendly and impeccable. The food is superb and much of it is grown on site in the kitchen garden (daily tours available). We had a birthday dinner party for 12 adults in the Garden Room and we were looked after incredibly well. Lovely scenery at no extra charge! Hugely recommended. Best to stay in the main hotel if you can rather than the wagons or sheds. '

'Great stay! Was upgraded to nicer room on arrival. Comfy beds, lux bathroom, tea/coffee and fresh baked cookies - heaven! Walked to Amberley Black Horse pub for drinks & snacks (and board games) then back to hotel for their 5 course tasting menu - most enjoyable! '

'We stayed in an economy twin room, for one night, which was very clean and in a quiet location towards the back of the hotel. We were not bothered by noise from the bus station. The shower had a strong flow and quickly ran hot, which is always a plus. The full breakfast was included in our room rate and was good including local sausages. All staff were very welcoming and friendly. For us the hotel had a bit more character and quirkiness than some of the bland chain hotels. We enjoyed our stay.'
