'Excellent hotel. The only reason why we gave one less star for comfort was because, as visitors from Australia, we found the mattress to be very hard. It was the same at other hotels we stayed at in Japan. The hotel is within walking distance of the Matsuyama station or a short tram ride.'

'It was like walking into the wrong hotel. Everything looked very fancy and way more expensive than what we'd paid for. The staff was very lovely and accomodating in letting us leave our bags before check in to explore the city. '

'The air cleaner machine in the room was a nice plus; used it whenever we were in the room. The breakfast brunch was very good with a wide selection to choose from; I ate an American breakfast and my wife ate mostly Japanese dishes. Also being able to leave our luggage with the Bell Captain until time to head to the airport was very convenient.'

'150年以上の老舗の旅館をExpedia経由で1人でも予約できました。 夕食の和風懐石がすごくよかったです。1品毎に丁寧に説明があり、料理を分かった上でゆっくり味わう、何とも幸せな時間という感じです。 朝食もすごかったです。豪華な刺身が食べ放題でした。 部屋にはマッサージチェアも有りました。'

'Het hotel ligt dichtbij het kasteel van Matsuyama, de belangrijkste toeristische attractie. Daardoor zijn er ook best veel restaurantjes en winkeltjes in de buurt. Niet veel plaats voor de bagage, maar anders goede kamer en badkamer.'
