'Excellent hotel. Courteous and prompt service. Wonderful property. Minor drawbacks are that it is quite a bit out of town, although that gives a nice 'deserty' feel to it. Internet should really be improved. It is not free (i would expect free wifi at a hotel of this level), and quite unstable (frequent relogins). However, all in all you will regret for a second staying here'

'Mystic Jaisalmer is an amazing place to stay! The staff is really friendly, taking time to sit down and chat with you, doing whatever they can to make you feel home. And that's what they did! 'We had booked a deluxe suit for Rs. X/night, on arrival we told there is no air conditioning in the allocated room, only a small fan (on a day the temp was 37 degree C). I made a request for A/C & they charged additional Rs. X again (2Xs) for a Maharaja Suit. While there was A/c, it was very ineffective & the suit was a dump, in need for major reno & deco (door timber split, ceiling with stains & bath marble piece with rust & elegy. Also real rip offs selling desert activities (big thieves)....

'A great place to stay very close to the gate of the fort. The food in the rooftop restaurant was very good. The staff went out of their way to be sure you had everything you needed or wanted. They helped to arrange a night safari, salon appointments, provided colors for Holi and food for lunch when everything was closed. I cannot say enough about how helpful and friendly the staff is. The room was spacious and nice. A great place to stay!'
