'Excellent hotel. Courteous and prompt service. Wonderful property. Minor drawbacks are that it is quite a bit out of town, although that gives a nice 'deserty' feel to it. Internet should really be improved. It is not free (i would expect free wifi at a hotel of this level), and quite unstable (frequent relogins). However, all in all you will regret for a second staying here'

'We had booked a deluxe suit for Rs. X/night, on arrival we told there is no air conditioning in the allocated room, only a small fan (on a day the temp was 37 degree C). I made a request for A/C & they charged additional Rs. X again (2Xs) for a Maharaja Suit. While there was A/c, it was very ineffective & the suit was a dump, in need for major reno & deco (door timber split, ceiling with stains & bath marble piece with rust & elegy. Also real rip offs selling desert activities (big thieves)....

'It exceeded my expectations.. we had a good time.. although we planned for 3 nights which is little longer.. 2 nights is ideal.. food was good.. rooms and tents were very nice.. the evening program was also very nice.. we enjoyed their jeep safari and camel ride.. ATV (quad bike) was not good.. would recommend to anyone.. they have perfect location..'

'Everything was perfect until morning breakfast. We had 3 rooms but turned away because we weren't listed on "their" breakfast list. Motel like this with room prices in $$$ shouldn't have "Breakfast List" to begin with. Come to USA even 2 star motels have free breakfast. I have been in lodging hospitality for 17 years and I have never seen 4 star hotel with "Breakfast" as paid amenities except for Hilton hotel group. We arrived late to even see whole hotel but still we paid full price as guests...
